Sky High

The sky high is a competition project located off Lake Michigan in Chicago. It’s a mixed used design with restaurant, banquet hall at the podium level, 30 levels of hotel block and the rest 30 level of high-end residential with sky garden and indoor swimming pool. The concept of sky-high was to give a tribute to the Michigan Lake with its sail shape this was designed to blend with sailboats on Lake Michigan.

At the podium level. Each block has distinguished entrance, the apartment block, hotel block and the restaurant block has separate entrance. The restaurant is designed with 250 seats linked to the ballrooms and conference area.

Ground floor restaurant opened out to Lake Michigan with outdoor seating options.
